RocknRolla is the brainchild of Dutch creative trio, SMACK, a seductive serpent with shiny white teeth and an eager tongue, which first appeared in their digital triptych, SPECULUM, a contemporary version of Hieronymus Bosch’s The Garden of Earthly Delights. Expressed in sculptural form for Limited by SOLO, RocknRolla gets a street-style makeover in this one-off cast resin figure, hand-painted by the Spanish artist Juan Díaz FAES. Using his characteristic patterns, FAES creates a spectacular horror vacui in bright yellow on a gleaming black serpent, a unique creative collaboration exclusive to Limited by SOLO.
