Daniel Núñez is a visual artist diverging between Design and Fine Arts. Trained as a designer and illustrator at the ESDIP and CES Schools in Madrid, his artistic development has been influenced by styles as varied as Art Brut or Abstract Neo-Expressionism, within the context of Urban Art.
His pictorial supports range from canvases to walls and include installation or intervention on photography. This experimentation on the support is the result of constant learning and an almost obsessive need to create. His personal objective is the development of his own language, whose conclusion is the reflection on the traditional discourse of painting, creating a new narrative.
In his work he tries to represent through a random symbology that surrounds his images, his own reality under a particular and intuitive look, born of dreamlike and spontaneous processes that are supported by his daily life. His interest in objects and new materials, affects the subjective meaning that gives the contextualization that surrounds him, embodied in the integrity of his work, for Nuñez the minimalist language is the binding and establishing the new order of the world of ideas for the representation of the intangible in the material.
