Lola Zoido
(Spain, 1994)
Lola Zoido is an artist who works with 3D modeling, sculpture and digital images that explores the way in which we construct our reality through digital processes. Graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Seville and currently based in Madrid, Zoido's practice focuses on both the virtual and the material conditions of image production. Her production combines a look from the analytical and the poetic on the relationships that arise at the intersection between the digital and the physical. Zoido´s work has been exhibited internationally and nationally, with exhibitions such as the International Architecture Biennale Rotterdam (2024); Confluències. Entre el Archivo y la Intervención, IVAM, Valencia (2024); Cáceres Abierto, Museo de Cáceres (2023); Mira Digital Arts Festival, IDEAL Centre d'Arts Digitals de Barcelona (2022); Un Lago de Jade Verde, CentroCentro, Madrid (20219 0r Face Up, TATE Exchange, London (2019). She has completed residencies in the Centro de Creación Contemporánea de Andalucía, Córdoba (2019) and at La Tabacalera, Madrid (2017).
