He has a degree in Fine Arts by San Carlos University in Valencia and since then he has focused his work on paint and illustration with a clear figurative and dark aesthetics.
He had several solo shows at different cities in Spain and won some art contests: in 2014 won the price for the younger than 35 years old painter by Aragon´s critics association in order to his show “De un viaje intuitivo hacia uno más consciente” at IAACC Pablo Serrano, in Zaragoza.
In 2015 he has a great retrospective show at different art centers in Teruel (Spain) titled “Víctor Solana: SUBWAY” and publishes a catalogue that compiles his art work so far.
In 2017 had hos solo show “Víctor Solana, Subterráneo”, at CEART Centro de Arte Tomás y Valiente, in Fuenlabrada after the the group show “CRASHERS: Art from Spain, Berlin and Beyond”, at Keystone Art Space. Los Angeles (USA).
In 2019 takes place his second solo show at Swinton Gallery titled “They make love in the name of Devil” with a curatorial text by Ricardo Recuero.
