Espacio Liquido + La Gran

Since the season 2019-2020, Espacio Líquido and La Gran are developing several joint projects and exhibitions and attending fairs under the brand Espacio Líquido + La Gran in an alliance that seeks to enhance the visibility of their proposals, those of the artists they work with and those of other agents related to their interests.

Espacio Líquido was born in Gijón in 2000 as a contemporary art gallery, a space of production and edition of books, catalogs and artist's objects. During its trajectory it has represented and supported emerging and mid-career artists, participating in international fairs such as ARCO Madrid, ARTBO Bogotá, ArteSantander, JUSTLX, PULSE Miami, VOLTA Basel or VOLTA NY, among others.

La Gran is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2015 and located in Carabanchel, Madrid, since autumn 2019. It represents and supports the work and trajectory of fifteen artists (ten of them women) interested in the interaction of aesthetic phenomena with their social or political contexts, as is the case of Marina Núñez, Enrique Marty, Mariajosé Gallardo, Ana Teresa Barboza, Cristina Ramírez or Javier Rodríguez Pino, with whom the gallery has held more than 30 exhibitions and attended fairs such as Estampa, UVNT, ArteSantander, Pinta Miami, Art Marbella, MARTE or JUSTMAD.
