EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Purchases may be returned within 14 days from the order’s delivery date. To process the return, you must follow these steps:
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and the product you want to return. Please tell us the reason for the return.
Pack the order in its original packaging the same way as you received the product.
Orders must be returned in their original condition with all the elements included inside. Textile cannot be returned washed, used or damaged, as the other products.
You must contact the courier of your choice and send the items to the following address:

Monday – Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Fridays from 9am to 3pm.
Transportation costs must be pay by the customer who wishes to make the return.
The amount of the returned items will be refunded once we verify that the product is in perfect condition and in the case of textiles, that it has not been used or washed. Once we approve the return, you will receive the amount using the same payment method that in the purchase. The deadline for the refund will be made within 5-12 working days, once the product is received in our offices.
Discounted items or products purchased during a promotion are non-refundable.
In the case of wanting to exchange an item, the process would be very similar to that of returns:
Send us an email to email@example.com with the following information: order number, item to be returned and the new size or model.
As soon as we receive the item you want to change and check that it is in perfect condition we will proceed to make the change.
The expenses derived from the transport must be paid by the customer who wishes to make the change.
Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org when a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color/size.
The deadline for communicating such an incident must be within 24 hours from the receipt of the product by the customer.
In the email be sure to include photographs of the defective item.
All of our items are limited edition and are subject to stock availability in order to proceed with the exchange. In this case, Urvanity Lab will assume the total shipping cost.
If there is no stock available, we will proceed to refund the total amount of the item, including shipping costs.
